I have black hair too due to dying it and keeping it that way. I found all you need to really do is cut a style into it. People occasionally still ask if i'm goth and I just politely correct them and tell them that although I have black hair it does not a goth make.

u can keep ur straight hair in loose curls....that duz not potray a goth look n u can even hav straight black hair but u'll hav to team it up with very light and pinkish make-up
