Can i get my hair chemically straitened?

I get frizzy hair when I dye it different colors and it sucks. I went to a salon and they said that i cant have dyed hair chemically straitened or my hair might fall off or something.

Anyways, i wonder if i can grow my hair first, then get it chemically straitened an then put hair dye on it or will it cause the same dangerous harm?

I want to know cause i want my hair like in an emoish fashion (not that im emo but i just find the hairstyle hott).

My natural hair is jet black and usually dye it a couple of times to get it blonde if thats any help.

well the salons right and if u grow it out and then chemically straighten it your hair mite fall out again my advice is invest in a good hair starightener like a GHD there wikid they take a minute to heat up and it would take u 5 mins to to straighten your hair. plus with a hair staightener if you use the heat serum your hair will look healthy and shinny!

I got my hair chemically straightened and because I had blonde highlights in my hair she did a weaker chemical than she would have if I didnt have the blonde highlights. She said the same thing, that my hair could fall off or it would break really bad. I got my hair dyed brown about a month and a half after my chemically hair straightening and my hair was fine.
