They're just parted like that :)

Than straightened and swept over.

Clips and pins help for the first couple of days/hours to "train" it.

he just brushes it over, and it is naturally trained to stay there.

Or just styled/parted that way.

Well, your hair needs to be straight and needs to be cut in a certain way. I don't know if you want to cut it yourself, but blow drying your hair straight is what you can do yourself. Sure, hairspray may get it to stay, but don't use too much. A tiny spritz is all you need.
