Honestly, you should wait for your hair to grow. Extensions are really expensive. At the salon I go to, they start at $200 and I only go to a Regis in the mall. So, you should wait for your hair to grow out. The length of your hair really only has to be down to the top or bottom lid of your eye. If you can't wait that long, wait til it gets a little longer and spike the back, while combing the front of one side and making it look like bangs. My cousin does that when his hair is short, and he always has "emo hair"

You might just want to let it grow for a while - it depends how short your hair is. They can be quite expensive, too. But if you're that desperate, go see a hairdresser.

Ah, the emo look is hard to pull off. Just grow your hair out for a while, and then get it cut (the way I picture emo hair is long, with blonde highlights, side-parted, in your eyes just a little =]).
